If your from UK, you can just Log in and visit campaign by clicking: Monster High Dress.
But if your not from the UK, go to a UK PROXY and type in the Stardoll website adress into the Proxy's URL bar. Click go or Enter. Log into stardoll and then copy this adress into the Proxy's URL bar: http://www.stardoll.com/en/do/campaign/monster.php?fb=true. You will be directed to Facebook, Leave the proxy and go to Your normal Stardoll suite, and the bag should be in a monster high bag in your suite.
